Every year there are various student exchange programmes offered to our FFar students. Grab this chance to explore the world and experience more about pharmacy practice in different countries!

2019/2020 INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMMES
SEP Winter programmes by IPSF is an annual student exchange programme that provide placements for international students to experience pharmacy practice in another country.
OUTBOUND MOBILITY PROGRAMMES
Every year, UKM FFar will send students delegates to participate in outbound programmes in other universities around ASEAN countries. We will update on this programmes soon!
The 66th IPSF World Congress is going to be held from 27th July 2020 to 5th August 2020 in Seoul, South Korea. The theme is 'Improving Pharmacists' Role : Improving Quality of Life through Healthcare Innovation'.
HOW TO APPLY?
This section will give you an overview on the procedure to apply for any international programmes.
FIRST STEP
Fill in the google form provided for the registration. Make sure that you give all of the information required in the form. Prepare the paperwork for the program.
For any programs under IPSF or MyPSA, students will be given confirmation letter. The confirmation letter should be given to Biro Hubungan Antarabangsa and students can later proceed with the paperwork.
Students can get executive summary form from lecturer to be fill in.
THIRD STEP
This step is required after the program ended.
Students are required to prepare a financial statement if the program is funded, ask for lecturer's review on the program, attendance form, minimum five pictures of the program and report on the program. The documents should be given to Biro Hubungan Antarabangsa to be uploaded to iStar.
SECOND STEP
Once finish with the paperwork, students are required to submit the paperwork to Secretary of PMFFar to be checked.
If the paperwork has been checked by Secretary of PMFFar, Biro Hubungan Antarabangsa will upload the paperwork to iStar. While waiting for approval from PDRM, KDN and KLN, iStar may required some information from the students. Biro Hubungan PMFFar will inform students regarding this matter.
SPONSORSHIP
UKM does provide sponsorship for a few international program. Students can apply from UKM Global or Siswa UKM for sponsorship. Contact Biro Hubungan for further inquiries.
